Glider Planes - 12 per unit

8/16/2011
These little planes have pretty good detail for being made out of foam. They arrived grouped in 12 and rubberbanded. I was surprised they had plastic propellers. Each plane needs to be assembled and it comes in an actual paper envelope that has nice artwork of the real plane. Actually, the packaging is way better than the toy! All in all it is an excellent goodie bag filler and boys and girls at my son's party really liked them. I don't think they're very durable for smaller kids either. The planes wings can bend easily causing them to snap and break.

I remember these from when I was a kid. It was always fun to see whose plane would fly the farthest. A hint- putting little lego people on them to "fly" the plane doesn't work out but inevitably many kids will still try it. A 12 pack of these is a great idea if you have multiple kids or want to use them as a group game or party favor.

578 FOAM WWII ASSORTED GLIDERS (BOX of 12 different planes 48 in total)

I teach H.S. Aerospace Science, and when the curriculum covered the Four Forces of Flight, this was perfect. Every student got to pick out their "own" glider, constructed it and got do demonstrate the 4 forces. Great price, great quality and held up pretty well considering they are made of styrofoam. Will buy more when I run out.

Great promotional item for our restaurant "The Left Seat Restaurant & Lounge" located adjacent to the north runway at Sky Harbor Airport, Phoenix, AZ. We give them to the kids dining at our restaurant and they LOVE them! Very colorful. We've also used them as table decorations when we have a banquet. [...].
